Ingredients:
1 cup warm water (105 degrees to 115 degrees)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the water, yeast, honey, oil and salt. Stir in enough of the flour to make a soft dough.
2. Knead the dough until it's smooth, about 10 minutes.
3. Place it in a greased bowl, turning once to coat.
4. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled ~ about an hour.
5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. 6. Place it on a greased baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
6. Cut the dough into 12-16 pieces, and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet, and let rise for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Organic Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

1 1/2 cup rye flour
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105 degrees to 115 degrees)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rye malt or dark malt syrup, or 1/4 cup molasses

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the rye flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the warm water, molasses (or your other choice) and oil; mix well.
2. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead for 8-10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning once to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
5. Punch the dough down. Divide it in half. Shape each half into a loaf. Place the loaves on a greased baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.

1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the warm water, honey, olive oil and salt. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for a few minutes to dissolve.
2. Add the flour and poppy seeds and stir until everything is combined. The dough will be sticky.
3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
6. Cut the dough into 12-16 pieces and shape into rolls.
7. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another 10-15 minutes.
8. Beat the egg white and water together and brush it over the rolls.
9. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
