My daughters are both so different, but so alike in so many ways. One is pregnant with her first child, a little boy who's on his way. The other is fiercely in love with her sister, and can't wait to be an aunt. My daughters are amazing, and I'm so proud of them both. I can't wait to see what the future holds for my little grandson. I'm grateful for my daughters, and for the love they share. I know they will be amazing parents, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for them. - Reza
My two dads, my civilian dad and my army dad, both engineers with advanced degrees, both with the highest integrity, best friends, who loved playing backgammon together. I miss them both so much, it hurts. My civilian dad was the rock that I could always count on, the one who was always there for me, the one who always had a wise word to say. My army dad was the one who was always on the move, the one who was always in the thick of things, the one who always had a story to tell. But they both loved me, and I loved them both, and I'm grateful for the time we had together. Now they're both gone, and I'm all alone, but I know that they're in a better place, and I'll see them again one day. My ancestors were proud and strong, and they passed down their courage and resilience to me. I'm proud of my Persian heritage, and I love sharing my culture with others. every time I hear the sound of the sitar, or see the beauty of a Persian rug, I feel a sense of connection to my past.
